Last updated April 2026Welcome to Pneuma. By using the app you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not to confuse you.
Pneuma offers three plans: Monthly subscription at €11.99/month, Annual subscription at €79/year, and Lifetime access at €199 as a one-time payment. All new users receive a 7-day free trial on Monthly and Annual plans. After the trial, your chosen subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. Subscriptions and payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices may vary by region.
You may cancel anytime via your account settings inside the app, or by contacting us at hello@pneumaapp.app. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. EU residents purchasing the Lifetime plan have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. To exercise this right before accessing the lifetime content, contact hello@pneumaapp.app within 14 days of purchase and we will process your refund through Stripe.
Pneuma provides astrological, numerological, and reflective guidance for personal insight and self-knowledge. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional.
Journal entries, dream logs, and other personal content you create in Pneuma belong to you. We do not sell or share your personal content. We use it only to power your in-app experience — specifically to provide personalised guidance through The Oracle and your Cosmic Profile.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved under Portuguese jurisdiction unless EU consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you via the app if the changes are significant. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
